How to connect your laptop to the panel.
The panel is installed with: 1 HDMI cable for video and audio input to the panel; and 1 USB cable for touch control of the laptop from the panel. These cables are secured behind the panel of the left side. Connect both cables to the laptop and power the device on. If you have an older Lenovo laptop without an HDMI port, you will need to get an adaptor from the office. With the panel on click the input button and select the appropriate HDMI input, should be the only option besides “home”. You are now viewing the laptop on the panel. The touch of the panel will become active shortly after this point once the computer automatically installs the needed driver. This driver install will only occur the first time the laptop is connected.
How to connect your document camera to the panel.
If you have a USB camera, use the USB port on the front of the panel to connect the camera. From the locker select the camera app. This will display the camera to the panel.
If you have an older elmo document camera, connect the elmo to the laptop then connect your laptop to the panel. Use the elmo software on the laptop to display to the panel.
