Issue Loading Flash Content in Chrome

Issue - Loading Flash Content in Google Chrome
Purpose of this Document
This document will provide steps to connect a Windows 10 computer to an established home Internet (Wi-Fi) service.
Description of the Problem
Many sites, such as I-Ready, use Flash for interactivity. Flash is an extension in Chrome and other browsers that is due to be retired completely at the end of 2020. Chrome, and other browsers, are now blocking the Flash plugin by default. The most recent Chrome update will now prevent Flash from loading.
A workaround exists to allow Flash to run. It only needs to be done once per device.
Allowing Flash to Run
Open Chrome. In the upper-right hand corner, click the three vertical dots as shown below:
The three dots just below the close button
Click on Settings as shown below.
Scroll down to Advanced and click it.
Find Site Settings and click it.
Now, find Flash and click it.
Finally, change the option to Ask First by clicking on the switch to the right.
From now on, on that machine, Flash can be loaded after allowing it.
